iQ Offices

iQ Offices is the largest independent Canadian-owned co-working operator, providing private, modern co-working and office spaces with boutique-level services. The primary goal of this project was to completely redesign iQ's website to better align with their brand's luxurious and high-end image. The new site features a modern, beautiful design and integrates the Worksimply Software to offer transparency in pricing and availability. This integration also allows customers to view options based on seat count and floorplans, and helps iQ’s sales team understand customer needs before meetings.

The main issue with the old website was that it didn’t reflect the high-end, concierge-level experience that iQ Offices offers. Customers had to contact iQ via email or phone to get information about pricing and availability, which was time-consuming and opaque. Additionally, there was a need for an on-demand booking system for meeting rooms and Virtual Offices, and the integration of OfficeRND's API was required to facilitate this.

To address these problems, Celestra was hired to completely rebuild iQ's website and integrate the Worksimply software. This involved creating a transparent platform where customers could view real-time availability and pricing, book tours based on team size, and see floor plans. The OfficeRND API integration enabled on-demand booking for meeting rooms and Virtual Offices directly from the website. This approach not only streamlined the process but also built trust through clear, upfront information.

The idea for this project emerged from the need to better align iQ's online presence with the high-end, concierge-level service they provide in their physical spaces. Key milestones included the complete redesign of the website, the integration of Worksimply software, and the implementation of OfficeRND’s API. Major challenges included ensuring the seamless integration of these complex systems and maintaining a user-friendly interface that met both iQ’s needs and their customers' expectations.
