Workplace One
Workplace One is a Toronto-based coworking space with seven locations. The primary goal of this project was to completely redesign Workplace One's website to align with their brand, ensuring their beautiful spaces were accurately reflected online. The new site features a modern, simple, and aesthetically pleasing design. Additionally, the site integrates the Worksimply Software, allowing customers to view availability and pricing transparently, and provides options based on seat count, showcasing floorplans.

The main issue with the old website was that it didn’t properly reflect the unique and beautiful spaces offered by Workplace One, which range from nature-inspired designs to modern Japanese-inspired spaces. Customers also faced challenges in seeing availability and pricing instantly, as they had to contact Workplace One via email, phone, or in person.

To address these problems, Celestra was hired to completely rebuild Workplace One's website and integrate the Worksimply software. The strategy focused on understanding customer needs for upfront information and transparency, which builds trust with the brand. The integration of Worksimply software allows customers to see real-time availability and pricing, view floorplans, and book tours based on team size.
The idea for this project emerged from the need to align Workplace One’s online presence with the high-quality, beautifully designed spaces they offer. Key milestones included the complete redesign of the website and the integration of Worksimply software. Major challenges involved ensuring seamless integration of the software while maintaining a user-friendly interface that met both Workplace One’s and their customers' expectations.
