Workspace MA
Workspace MA is a co-working space provider with five locations in Massachusetts. The primary goal of this project was to completely revamp their website with a clean, modern, and easy-to-navigate design. The redesign aimed to reflect the high quality of their services and spaces, and to help customers easily book on-demand workspaces by integrating with the coworking software Optix.

The old website was not user-friendly, lacking a clean and easy-to-navigate interface. Additionally, booking on-demand workspaces such as day offices, day passes, and meeting rooms was not user-friendly due to the absence of a proper backend software solution. This negatively impacted the brand's image and functionality.
solution
Workspace Ma addressed these issues by hiring Celestra to completely revamp the website. The new website features a map view of all locations, standalone pages for on-demand workspace offerings, and links to Optix, the coworking software used for backend operations. These enhancements made the website beautiful, easy to navigate, and functional, allowing customers to book on-demand workspaces seamlessly.
The idea for this project emerged from the need to improve the user experience and functionality of Workspace Ma’s website. Key milestones included the complete redesign of the website, implementation of a map view for easy navigation, and the creation of standalone pages for on-demand workspaces. Major challenges involved ensuring seamless integration with the Optix software and maintaining a user-friendly interface.
